I don't know if you have all heard about the new lego movie...but it seems like a pretty big deal here!! One elder in my district, Elder Olsen, even collected all of the lego cups from the movie that come with the happy meals at McDonalds--yup, it's a big deal! (That is where the title of my email comes from. :))
This week has been pretty fantastic! Oh, by the way, HAPPY ST. PATRICKS DAY!!! We have two new investigators, Angel and Jessica Vasquez, and we're most likely going to start teaching their father pretty soon, as well!! They are so great!! They are ages 12 and 15, and they've been coming to church and mutual pretty regularly lately. All they need now is to read and pray to know it's true, and we can get them baptized!!!
We were able to talk to Sierra Briggs at her doorstep briefly on Saturday, and we found out that her phone has been doing some crazy things lately, so that's why she hasn't been responding to our texts. She was also really sick when we talked to her, so that puts a damper on things!!!! I feel like the devil is just working really hard to distract her from us and the church--I am hoping that that's really the only problem!! :/
Last p-day, most of our zone went on a hike on horsetooth--it was a beautiful day!!! Loved it!!! :)
So we found out transfer doctrine on Saturday night...........I'm staying! And Sister Strasser is still my companion! Wow......big news, right? A lot of our zone is actually getting transferred, though, so I was pretty surprised to hear that we are both staying. It's great, though, cause I feel like there is still a lot of work for us both to get done while we're here together. :) Elder Jensen and Elder Olsen are both getting transferred out of my district, though, and they're both going to Laramie (p.s., they're the ones in the picture. :))
Well, I love you all, and I hope you have a fantastic week!!! You're the best!! :)
