Dear everyone, :)
Samantha got baptized on Saturday and confirmed yesterday...!!!! She's such a sweetheart, and I feel so blessed and fortunate to have had the opportunity to get to know her and her family. What wonderful people!!! Samantha just glows. It was amazing to see that light she carries grow brighter and brighter as her baptism neared. :)
The other day, we had some time, so we prayed to know where we were needed. The second place we tried was a previous, "Do Not Contact!" that Sister Hay had gotten inside the doorstep once or twice before I got here. Their hearts have slowly been softening. We haven't been able to share a spiritual message yet, or even bring up the church much, really. When we went by the other day, Sister Eiffert totally opened up. She told us some things about her past that she said she had never told other missionaries before. It was just an incredible experience, and I felt overwhelmed with God's love and understanding for her.
I just want to also thank you all for your prayers. I can literally feel them. Don't ever forget the power of prayer. Strive to strengthen your relationship with your Father in Heaven through prayer, diligent scripture study, and service.
I love you all so much!!!! :)
Love,
Sister Budge
P.S. Our mission boundaries are changing!!! As of April of this year, our mission will include the Riverton and Casper, Wyoming, Stakes!!! Crazy!
