I am learning so much about the Savior's Atonement. I watched a video onmormon.org last week called, "None Were With Him." It talks of the importance of living with the Savior each and every day. It tells us to be firmly attached to Him, and to abide in Him permanently. We see ourselves in terms of yesterday and today, but He sees us in terms of forever! I know that through the strength of my Savior Jesus Christ, I can overcome all that is required. Through the power of faith, anything is possible.
So...Kendra's baptism is this Saturday!! So excited!!! She just needs to be dunked already. The other day, we were talking to her about starting to figure out the program, and, well, she had basically already figured everything out and asked her speakers and everything! In Relief Society yesterday, we learned about ordinances-which ones were saving, needed to be authorized by the proper keys, etc...and she already knew it all. She is going to be an incredible missionary next year!
Of course, this week has not been without it's trials. We are experiencing many. But I truly can say that I am grateful for them. I am stretching and growing in ways that even a few weeks previous, I could not have imagined. But I am growing closer to God, and learning to trust Him more fully. For that, I am Eternally grateful. I know that I am a daughter of God, and that each one of us are truly someone incredible. A member of our ward told us that if we could see our premortal selves, we would literally fall down and almost worship who we saw. Can you imagine??!! I know that we were very special individuals, and that one day, we will have the opportunity to become like God! Literally! Remember who you are, were, and who you will become. You are divine.
I love you all, and will keep you in my prayers.
