You know, I think time really is getting faster... :) I feel like this week has flown by, and I can hardly believe it! Really, that's the way my mission in general is feeling--it gets faster and faster. Sister Thatcher and I have worked really hard this week! She just brings such a fresh, new perspective of things, and I love it!!
We finally committed Serenity to come to church on Saturday....and she came!!!!! She is a less active whom we have really been working with. She hasn't been to church since like March, due to medical and social reasons (social anxiety and this medical condition where she passes out all the time.... :/), but she came and wants to come next week! She has come SO far since I have first started working with her. She is really gaining more of an Eternal perspective with all the questions she has had. I feel she is starting to understand the nature of God better and is even starting to pray...which is huge!! :) I love her so much!! She is one of those people who I KNOW I was sent here for, and I KNOW I knew her in the pre-existance.
Long story short, Sister Thatcher and I have seen so many miracles since we've been together. I am soo tired, :) but it is such a good thing! Love it!
Jay is also coming a long way. He is really working towards being re-baptized, and he talked to his bishop and was told that he likely will be able to be baptized by the end of the year!!! SO exciting! It has been a very long journey for him.
Pray for Brittany. The adversary is trying all sorts of angles to get to her, and in addition to that, her husband, Gunner, leaves tomorrow for Quatar for 4 months.
Thank you for your prayers and support. Always remember that the Lord qualifies whom He calls!
Love,
Sister Budge
