I am so incredibly humbled. The Lord is truly here, walking beside us. "Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed, for the Lord thy God is with thee..." (Joshua 1:9). I testify that He is watching over each one of His children, both on this and the other side of the veil.
Another transfer has flown by!!! I couldn't be more pleased--Sister Hay and I get to stay together for another transfer here in good old Wellington!!!! :) I am so so excited!
I'd like to share a little miracle that happened the other day. We went to visit the Eifferts, who previously used to be, "Do Not Contacts." They now are open to having us in their home. We went by to give them some little flowers we made and to wish them a happy valentines day, and as we were visiting, their little boy, Devin, grabbed my hymn book out of my bag. Devin is 9 years old, and he has some disabilities; he's so sweet! We asked if we could sing him a song, called, "I Am a Child of God," and we were so excited to hear that his mom had sung this song to him before. :) After we finished the song, Devin knelt down, hands clasped, bowing his head to the ground, and started speaking. A special spirit distilled upon the room. His mother said, "He's praying for you." My heart was so touched--this little boy was so close to the veil, and he knew he needed to pray for us.
I am continually amazed to see God's hand every day. I challenge each of you to strive to see every day through spiritual eyes. Let the Spirit whisper to your spirit who you are, what you should do, how you should react, etc. I promise you will feel closer to God and will be more in tune to the promptings of the Holy Ghost as you do so.
Love ya!
